TransparentNorthernTerrace.Vegas (“the Site”) is an independent, resident-led platform created to promote accountability, transparency, and lawful governance within the Northern Terrace community and its homeowners’ association (“HOA”). The Site is intended to:

• Inform homeowners of community and HOA matters.
• Document and analyze HOA board activity.
• Provide access to public records, official communications, and relevant statutes.
• Serve as a central resource for resident concerns.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Northern Terrace HOA, its Board of Directors, management companies, vendors, or legal counsel. It is managed solely by homeowners and concerned residents acting in their personal capacity.

All content is derived from publicly available sources, including but not limited to:

Official HOA communications and notices.

• Public records and meeting transcripts.
• Nevada statutes, including NRS Chapter 116.
• Verified homeowner submissions.

The Site administrators make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy and timeliness; however, errors or omissions may occur. If you identify a factual inaccuracy, please notify us at contact@transparentnorthernterrace.vegas so it may be reviewed and corrected.
